A studio site that also runs the business.
Fotografía Nuria Gallardo is not just a pretty home page. Families book a session, pay a deposit, and Nuria manages appointments, packs and galleries from her own dashboard.
The brief
Booking should not hang on a stray message.
The studio needed a calm public site and a clear booking flow: pick a session, a pack, and lock the date. Outside, newborn, maternity and family photography. Inside, a dashboard for the working week.

Public

Its own copy, a gallery for that session type, and a clear path to booking.
Gallery
Portfolio on the home page, shown large. There are also private galleries for each client, with their own link.
Contact
WhatsApp, opening hours and a map. For quick questions, without replacing the online booking.
Booking
Three steps: session type, pack and details. The deposit is paid in Stripe before confirmation.
Booking and payment
A small deposit, a real commitment.
The calendar walks the family through three steps. Paying a €15 Stripe deposit books the session. The rest is agreed with Nuria later. If someone drops out mid-flow, the slot is released after 20 minutes.
- Choose the session type (newborns, maternity, babies, smash cake…).
- Pick a pack. Each one has a different price, photo count and duration.
- Leave details and pay the deposit. Then confirmation and WhatsApp.
With a time slot
The pack opens a calendar with real availability. The family picks a day and time. After confirmation they can add it to Google Calendar or download an .ics file.
Without a time slot
Some packs do not ask for a day or time yet. The deposit is paid and the date is closed later on WhatsApp. Useful when the diary cannot be locked in advance.
The deposit is not the full session fee: it is an advance that commits both sides. Stripe confirms the payment; the dashboard marks the appointment and Nuria handles the rest.
Inside
A dashboard to run the studio.
From the dashboard, Nuria sees appointments, changes statuses, defines packs and hours, and sends private galleries. Screenshots of that part will be added here.
